HOW TO MANIFEST WHAT YOU WANT

Everything is energy.

10 STEPS TO MANIFEST:

1. IDENTIFY YOUR DESIRE.

You need to have a clear understanding of what it is you truly want. Writing it down is proven to be helpful. Describe what you want in as much detail as possible.

2. VISUALIZE

Visualize all the details. Take a moment of silence and think of your desire every day.  Envision it in front of you. Imagination, moodboards, drawings, printing photos, whatever gets you visualizing your desire most effectively!

3. LISTEN

Listen to yourself. Intuition is everything. You develop more confidence by doing this. You start trusting the process. “I can. I am. I will. ”

4. DESIRE

Be passionate about what it is you want.  Whatever you are passionate about will manifest. Passion is energy and that energy will help you vibrate higher. Your desire will align with the universe.

5. BELIEVING

Your thoughts create your subjective reality. What are you thinking about today? Whatever you are thinking about is already becoming a reality to you. Like attracts like. What you think, you will feel and feelings transform into energy.

6. TAKING ACTION

Radical action is linked to intention. You will start to talk less and do more.  Prepare for your desire. Make room for it. Act on it.

7. EMOTION

Express the emotions you would feel as if you have what you want already. When you say, “I want” you are essentially sending out that you are in lack. When you say “I have,” you start fostering an attitude of gratitude.

8. DAILY PRACTICE


Put in the work.  Be grateful everyday. Speak it into existence. You are always learning and improving. Are you willing to put in the work for your desire?

9. PREPARE FOR CHALLENGES

There will be obstacles. You need to master the power of intention. Your attitude can change the entire situation. When your vibration starts shifting to the negative, seek out something positive and allow your attitude to change.

10. DETACH

Persevere even in the rain. Have a detachment to the outcome. Trust all will be well. You should be detached to the outcome because attachment is lack. It’s already yours, so there’s no need to be feeling any sense of lack!
